The parcel of land that is shaded with Indian ink is known by the name Thatch Valley; it is 402 acres and was resurveyed in 1809. The shaded yellow represents Rodon Hall Estate. Areas mentioned on this diagram include Thatch Valley, Savoy Estate, Rodon Hall Estate, etc.
