Probably published in 1809. Tegg was at 111 Cheapside between 1805 and 1824. The printer is given as "T. Plummer" of Seething Lane. BBTI states that Plummer was trading as Plummer and Brewis from 1809. He moved from Seething Lane to Love Lane in 1810.
The plate which is incomplete shows the wreck of the "Ph�nix".
