Circumstantial account of the wreck of His Majesty's ship Ph�nix, of 44 guns, which was lost in a hurricane, off Cuba, in the West Indies, in the year 1780, as communicated by Lieutenant Archer, in a letter to his mother. Also, the sufferings of Francis Pirard de Laval, on the Maldivia Islands.

Probably published in 1809. Tegg was at 111 Cheapside between 1805 and 1824. The printer is given as "T. Plummer" of Seething Lane. BBTI states that Plummer was trading as Plummer and Brewis from 1809. He moved from Seething Lane to Love Lane in 1810.

The plate which is incomplete shows the wreck of the "Ph�nix".
