The plaintiff calims under a patent granted to Alexander Wilson, the 5th day of January, 1746, for 300 acres, the defendant claims under another patent granted unto the said Alexander Wilson (adjoining the former) of same date and for a like quantity of land which is represented by the yellow lines. " The diagram also consists of 3 parcels of land, 300 acres each, belonging to Samuel Adams, 1 parcel surveyed on the 16th March, 1763, by Jospeh Hatton and the other 2 parcels surveyed on the 18th September, 1746, by Thomas Newland. Also 2 parcels of land belonging to Alexander Wilson, both parcels containing 300 acres each and both surveyed 16th September, 1746, by Thomas Newland. Also 300 acres belonging to David Riz surveyed on 23rd July, 1759, by John Campbell. Also 300 acres of land of Robert Watts in 1760. Also 300 acres belonging to Johanna C. Wiese, surveyed on the 31st May, 1764, by Thomas Blindshall and 300 acres belonging to Frederick Jacob Wiese, surveyed on the 3rd October, 1763, by Joseph Hatton.
