Summary: In the above diagram circumscribed with red is represented Claremont Park and Pedro lands, situated in the parish of St. Elizabeth with the different plot comprising those properties fixed and containing by resurvey 8448 acres. Bounded northward by land belonging to Newell Pen, Hounslow Pen, Mr. W.R. James, Rebecca Campbell and land patented by Edward Erwin now in the possession of Mary Seaton and Henry Cerf, eastward by land patented by Robert Rolfe and Mary Gale, southeasterly by land patented by Mary Gale, David Simms and Alexander Wood, southerly by sea and resurveyed land called Pedro Bluff and westward by land belonging to W.R. James, David Simms, Newcome Valley, Mr. Barrett, Sarah Legister and John Ebanks ........... 1819.
