Diagram represents 3 parcels of land being part of Cavaliers Estate belonging to the Honourable James Wildman Esq. fixed in order to ascertain the North and East bounds of that parcel circumscribed with yellow lines containing 265 acres. the 265 acres was part of Samuel Barry's 750 acres sold to Coll....the parcel coloured red represents 3 acres in ruinate canes and pasture now in the possession of Cavaliers belonging to Snow Hill Estate and the parcel coloured green represents 33 acres and 2 roods belonging to Cavaliers, now in provisions, occupied and in the possession of Snow Hill Estate.
