The small piece marked a,a and shaded red, is a trespass on said Pen by Robert Artice Esq the proprietor of Belle Vue Pen, but it is almost all a gully course. This Plan has been taken from former surveys at the instance of G.S Airey Esq the agent or attorney of the Right Honourable John Reuben Earl the 8th March 1859 by Thomas Harrison the Crown Surveyor.
