The property is bounded by 1000 acres belonging to Coll. Robert Bindloss, Edward Cranfield 1000 acres, Captain Peter Payne 1000 acres, and 300 acres to David Thomas surveyed Dec. 6, 1731. Payne's was surveyed the 4th April 1682 and contained 1100 acres, Bindloss patented 14th Feb.1963 and Cranfield patented 2nd Sept. 1681.
