<br/><br/> The directory provides detailed descriptions of the trade information services and products for ninety organisations in thirteen CARIFORUM member states. The next edition will include organisations from the Dominican Republic, Haiti and Suriname. The profiles are arranged alphabetically by country and within each country alphabetically by name of organization. The subject scope and services offered by each organisation are identified as well as their publications. The directory also provides a brief description of one hundred and thirty computerised databases maintained by the organizations listed.  Organisations which collect, store and disseminate information and offer advice on trade issues are listed in the Directory. These include Libraries and Documentation Centres, Statistical Offices, Trade Promotion Organisations, Commercial, Development and Central Banks, Government Ministeries, Standards Bureaux, Research and Academic Organisations, Public and Private Companies. Databases listed refer to computerised bibliographic, numeric and full text databases.
