The two parcels shaded green contain together 12 acres, 3 rood and 10 perches and belong to the Colonial Government under deed "Blackburn and Pownall" to the directors of the Jamaica Spa, dated 23rd April 1814 and recorded at Lib:641 Fol:39. The diagram is taken from a former survey of the property and has been prepared at the instance of Messrs Hill, Airey and Harvey in February 1872 by Thomas Harrison.
