Diagram represents 1900 acres of land formerly known as Holland a patent of Captain Charles Penhallow now shared equally by Andrew Arcedeckne(?) and John Gardner near the extreme east end of St. Thomas. The area is butted and bounded by the sea in the north, easterly by land patented by Major William Ryves, southerly by Morass south and westerly by Captain Henry Miller and Dr. James Littleton.
