The Plaintiff (Ellis) claim Osborne's plat agreeable to the blue lines from A to B and the Defendant claim Nedham Baxter and Orgills plats agreeable to the red lines. The parcel shaded with Indian ink containing 79 acres was recovered by the Plaintiff on the trial of the case November Grand Court 1786.
