<br/><br/> Diagram represent various traverses at and about Morant Estate in the parish of St.Thomas in the east; made in order to ascertain the southern boundary of said estate next to Springfield Pen, but in attempting to run agreeable to the red lines, Mr. McKenzie (of Springfield) stop't the chain at the point A claiming the parcel shaded yellow. The red lines represent part of the boundaries of Morant Estate according to a survey made in 1770 by Archibald Edgar.
