This is a letter that was written by James Carnegie to the Reverend Dr. Scott in London. Mr. Carnegie apologized for his delay in writing. He referred to his misfortunes and promised to send a fuller account of the situation. He was in Port Royal, Jamaica and the letter was prepared on august 28, 1720.
