Diagram representing the form and boundaries of Ginger Hill and Clermont Plantations, the property of doctor George Longmore containing together clear of dispute 1345 acres. The part coloured yellow containing 55 acres, 2 roods and 23 perches of land is disputed by Mr. James Jones survey as a part of the lands of Ipswich Estate, but in the plat of the former survey of the said Ginger Hill and Clermont Plantation it is laid down by Mr Stephen Cawley as a part of the said properties. Surveyed and delineated in September 1831./ note appended:-'No signature, but in the handwriting of the late Philip A Morris, Crown Surveyor, Cornwall. J. Manderson August 7th, 1862.
