Summary: Diagram shows repairs made to the premises in question and after making survey that appeared necessary for ascertaining the lands in dispute: The plaintiff claims part of 60 acres of land patented by William Weir bearing date the 6th of December, 1753 distingushed by red lines. The defendant claims under a patent for 300 acres to James Bowman dated August 25, 1676. If this plat be fixed to the path printed out to me as Gavels Path and which in many places has the appearance of being a very old one. Then the parcel shaded blue containing 3 acres will be a trespass.
