Subject(s): Summary: The scheme represents Catherine Hall and Catherine Mount Estates situated in the parish of St. James. The lines shaded yellow have been pointed out by William Earl the overseer of Catherine Mount Estate and admitted by Mr. Richard Green the overseer of Catherine Hall Estate to be the boundaries between these estates according to the present possession. The quantity surrounded with green lines and the parcels shaded red and yellow compose Catherine Hall Estate agreeably to the present possession of William Beckford Esq. by his attorney the Hon. James Wildman Esq. as pointed out by the said Mr. Green their overseer. The quantity surrounded with green lines is considered to be that part which was mortgaged by Jonathan Barnett. Those parcels shaded red and numbered 2,4,7,8 and 9 are circumscribed as not included in any mortgage from Jonathan Barnett, and those numbered 5 and 6 are shaded in yellow. The annexed reference shows the date of the purchases of the parcels shaded red and yellow and of the Dam Water and land adjoining. Performed at the request of John Clinton McAnuff Esq. the master to whom the above mentioned cause stands referred. James Robertson 1791
