Summary: Diagram with the parts colored red is patented by Alexander Willoy, Timothy Marsh, John Jones, and Joseph Grindley belongs to George plain Estate in the parish of Westmoreland and contain by resurvey 865 acres. Also the parcels colored yellow represents two runs of lands belonging to the heir of Anthony G. Stoner Esquire, deceased. One run was patented by William Davidson in 1753 for 300 acres but found by resurvey to contain 400 acres, and the other patented John Grahame 1755 for 300 acres and containing by resurvey 340 acres exclusive of the part lettered 'A' covered by the senior run of William Davision. The dotted lines represent the intrusions of the Junior plats of William Smith and Samuel Button, now belonging Geneva and Bath Estate.
