Summary: This map represents two parcels shaded red in the above diagram that marked No.1 containing 180 acres is patented in the name of Christian Forrest, that marked No.2 is patented in the name of Lewis Alford, containing 90 acres situate at Perkinf Bay in the parish of Westmoreland. The defendant also claims the said two parcels of land, is comprising part of Ackindorra plantation, lately belonging to the heirs of John Hynes deceased, and is in full possession. All of which is humbly submitted to this honourable court and Jury.
