These are letters from Sir John Keane, Major-General at Headquarters, Jamaica. Concerning his responsibility for a bill drawn at St. Lucia in favour of "Collector Robinson for expenses on negroes condemned in the schooner Resource". Together with a letter from the same from France. The letter was written to Lieutenant Colonial McPherson of London. The letters were written on February 24, 1817 and April 10, 1826.
