Summary: The diagram represents the form of a parcel of land in the parish of St. Ann patented by Thomas Dunkly but called Nash's Cedar valley. It is butted and bounded north-easterly by Aboukir plantation, westerly Cave valley estate, southerly by Greenock estate, Broomhall belonging to Lord Penrhyn, and land supposed to belong to the heirs of G.R. Tingle.
