Smile Jamaica hosted by Simon Crosskill and Simone Clarke-Cooper interviewed Carol Newman, General Manager of Jamaica Copyright Licensing Agency, Evon Mullings, General Manager of Music Society and Steve Golding, Chairman of Jamica Association of Composers, Authors and Publishers to discuss the royality collection and distribution that artistes earn for their efforts and the organization that is there to make sure that they get these royalities.

Also Paula Barcley, Vice President of Corporate Banking at First Global Bank talked about planning for retirement.
