This diagram represents a piece of land on Liberty Hill Pen in the parish of St. Ann, which at the instance of G.R. Stennett Esq. has been laid out into building lots as herein delineated and by him named Tracy Ville surveyed in 1843. It shows a part of the lines of New Ground and Liberty Hill and extent of the trespass complained of in the present action, which is herein shaded yellow and contains in all one acre, one rood and twenty perches. The numbers 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 show the line as surveyed by one in 184 3/4 with consent.
