Duckworth Commander in Chief at Jamaica giving a full and original account of an engagement off the coast of Cuba of his ship "Racoon" with three French vessels.The Racoon chased, fought and captured each of the three French vessels killing and wounding 40 of the French without the loss of any of his own men with only one wounded.
