The defendant cliams the whole of the land circumscribed by green lines. The parcels in dispute are shaded blue, yellow, green and red, and the possessions are printed out to us, distinguished by the letters A, B, C, D, E, as mentioned in the references. All which is humbly offered to the Court and Jury, June 3, 1795.
