ST. MARY'S PEN

Contributor(s): Publication details: 1858Summary: Diagram represents a plan that has been prepared at the request of William Chisolm Esq and represents St. Mary's Pen containing 102 acres and Radnor Pen containing 30 acres. Some of the lines have been run and a general examination of all the lines made and a few small trespasses have been found to exist; namely, an oven attached to Mrs Hall's house over the line on Radnor Pen land, a road made on St. Mary's Pen land by the Honourable George Price from A to B near Ellerslie House and part of a house and small anclasms by Wallen on the ridge a little below Ellerslie House. In other respects the lines have been found satisfactory. Performed in November, 1858.
