Contributor(s): Publication details: 1770Summary: Diagram represents several parcels of land situtated in the parish of Portland between Swift and Spanish River, the parcel circumscribed with red lines represents 1272 acres patented by Samuel Barry, Charles Hudson and William Warren for 1500 acres in 1670, the yellow lines represents the part belonging to Lenox Estate being 788 acres which together with 60 acres sold by Judor and Whitty is 2/3 of the said plot, the green lines represents 74 acres belonging to Lenox formerly laid out for Richard Oxford as 90 acres surveyed and protracted by a scale of 20 chains to an inch at the desir of Mrs. Elizabeth Farquharson.
