Publication details: 1877Summary: Diagram represents the lands attached to the Eleven Mile Tavern in the parish of St. Thomas, containing 88 acres. The land to the north of Spring Gutt is known by the name Unicorn and contains 29 1/2 acres, that to the south of Spring Gutt was originally called Dry Sugar Work and contains 58 1/2 acres. The parcel A containing 1 rood was surveyed in 1855 for the commissioners of roads and bridges. The whole is now the property of John McLean Esq.
