The parcel shaded green and marked A, containing 15 acres, is claimed by Amity Hall under a survey of Edgar and Farquharsons in 1775, one of Major Pechon's in 1000, one of McGeachy and griffiths in 1849, and one of M.I. Griffiths in 1854, showing a possession of 82 years. A claim is asserted to the same piece of land by Hordley, but no plan or document of any discription can be produced to support it.
