Diagram represents 320 acres of land situated at Spring Head in the parish of Clarendon part of a larger run commonly called Lynches Land. Also 3 pieces of land on the reverse of the map with 42 acres 2 roads shaded red conveyed by William Mayne to John Vaughn, that piece shaded green represents Douces Estate the property of John Palmer, that piece shaded yellow represents land formerly of Douces Estate now intended to be conveyed by William Jennings to John Dew.
