The lessor of the plaintiff claims under a patent for 210 acres to William Barrett in 1674 - 75 and the lines AB as best agreeing with the fixture there of - the defendants claim by virtue of long possession to an old logwood fence denoted CD and under apatent to Robert Jones in 1672 - 73. The parcel in dispute are No. 1 shaded red containing 6 acres. If the plaintiff to be deemed entitled then to the old logwood fence CD as a boundary there can be no tresspass.
