The diagram was done in order to ascertain its boundaries and quantity of acerage. The plot has been outlined in green and has been found to contain 795 acres of land which is not inclided in the area of dispute. The parcel labelled "a" , once part of Hermon Hill Estate, is now known as being part of Lucky Hill Estate containing 248 acres; while the parcel labelled "b" is owned by Phillip Cox Esqr. and contains 50 acres. Other lands represented are as follows; Pembroke Hall, Bagnal Spring, Halifax, Spring Garden, Whitehall and George Williams - 300 acres.
