The line marked HIKL represents 30 acres of woodland left in the will of William Baxter to his reputed malotto son James Baxter and the parcel in green and marked with the letter M represents 50 acres of woodland left to his reputed children. The parcel in red containing 45 acres left by the before mentioned James Baxter to Jenny Buchan and the parcel circumscribed with blue is what remains of said run of land now belonging to James Esquire.
