Publication details: 1840Summary: The diagram represents three hundred acres of land (situated in the Black Grounds) being part of a larger run belonging to the heirs of James Robertson, as subdivided into parcels of one hundred acres each for the purpose of conveyance as follows viz Lawrence Hyslop as attorney to Thomas Ferguson 100 acres as shaded green; Mark Codling 100 acres, late; Henry Turnbull,blue; and further subdivided by desire of those parties for the purpose of sale to the individuals whose names are inscribed in the diagram.
