Summary, etc.	Diagram represents in obedience to Supreme Court order made in the cause Doe ex dim: Goodall et al: vs Edwards: the last Tuesday in November, 1781, I have repaired to the premises in qusetion and have traced all the boundaries which i thought necessary for representing the matter in dispute, and I do find that the plaintiffs do claim under 2 patents of land,1 granted to John Fountains for 1000 acres, the other to Charles Duncomb for 300 acres. That the defendant claims under 2 patents of land in the said parish, 1 granted to Job Williams for 150 acres. In 1774, Hon William Barnett and Bryan Edwards had a natural survey made of the premises in question. If the defendants plats are fixed to the line of Peter Fountaine, which is their North boundary, and are allowed their courses and the distances from said boundary, the parcel marked C and coloured green, containing 56 1/2 acres will become a trespass.1781
