The land to the north of Spring Gutt is known by the name Unicorn and contains 29 1/2 acres, that to the south of Spring Gutt was originally called Dry Sugar Work and contains 58 1/2 acres. The parcel A containing 1 rood was surveyed in 1855 for the commissioners of roads and bridges. The whole is now the property of John McLean Esq. |
