The plot has been outlined in green and has been found to contain 795 acres of land which is not inclided in the area of dispute. The parcel labelled "a" , once part of Hermon Hill Estate, is now known as being part of Lucky Hill Estate containing 248 acres; while the parcel labelled "b" is owned by Phillip Cox Esqr. and contains 50 acres. Other lands represented are as follows; Pembroke Hall, Bagnal Spring, Halifax, Spring Garden, Whitehall and George Williams - 300 acres. |
