The Defendant claims 325 acres of land part of Vodry's 100 acres and is here in marked with the letter B. They also claim the moiety of 200 acres patented by James Barclay which circumscribed with Oranfe lines. They claim under a patent of Robert Tredways for 500 acres circumscribed with yellow abd yellow dotted lines. They also claim 1020 acres of land patented by Jane Boucher but after exheated by Jane Mitchell. |
