Also the parcels coloured yellow represents to runs of land belonging to the heirs of Anthony G. Toner Esquire, deceased. One run patented by William Davidson in 1753 for 300 acres but found by resurvey to contain 400 acres, and the other patented by John Graham in 1755 for 300 acres and containing by resurvey 340 acres exclusive of the part lettered 'A' covered by the senior run of William Davidson. The dotted lines represents the instrusions of the junior plats of William, Smith and Samuel Button, now belonging to Geneva and Bath Estates.
