Part 1 & 2 has the council of policy of the two rivers- Governor a Grovestins-meetings dealing with administration and rioting, May 9, 1795. Part 3 has a proclamation of Governor Koppiers of Berbice on redivision of land made by the French and British, etc. Fort Nassau, February 20, 1784.
