There are coloured drawings of the Spanish Flags.

The letter-book contains letter to Rowley, Vice admiral, announcing the surrender of the french garrison in the city of Santo Domingo. The first entry in the letter book was done on the 14th of May, 1809 and the last entry was done on the 25th of September 1811.
