Diagram represents the figurs of severa; parcels of land laid down from actual surveys in order to shew the situation and extent of Dallas (sic) Castle Estate which is represented by red lines containin 1,934 acres. Performed at the request of Messrs. Jacques Laing and Ewin in 1802 by Murdoch and Keefe. The diagram shows 320 acres of land belonging to John Drury, patented on the 12th December, 1681, also 700 acres of land belonging to George Pike, performed 6th May, 1681. Also 172 acres conveyed from Tippet Henry to John Jones. Also Good Hope, the property of John Parnaby, containing 1,000 acres, resurveyed 7th march, 1738/9, by James Murray. Also 300 acres belonging to Abraham Pereaira, resurveyed on the 9th April, 1733. Also 100 acres belonging to Alexander Blair, performed on the 10th August, 1711. Also 157 1/2 acres belonging to the heirs of George Bennet (D...). Also 408 acres of land belonging to Joseph Casteel, patented for 210 acres, resurveyed 9th April, 1733. Also 218 acres of land belonging to William James Hall, surveyed 3rd June, 1749. Also 243 acres of land belonging to George Bennet, 16th February, 1710. Also Richard Hope, containing 201 acres, surveyed 13th August, 1669 and 300 acres belonging to Andrew Patton, 27th September, 1681. Also Stavely Park containing 155 acres and Jolly Hall Estate containing 65 acres Also 72 1/2 acres belonging to Thomas Eayton, and 64 acres conveyed from Ewing to Austin, 1809. Also 2 parcels belonging to Charles L. Hoste, one parcel containing 84 acres and 1 rood and the other parcel containing 26 acres and 1 rood. Also 32 acres belongng to Gregory Hubert. Also Friendship Brook.
