In obedience to Supreme Court order made in the cause Doe ex dim: Goodall et al: V:s Edwards, the last Tuesday in November, 1781, I have repaired to the premises in question and have traced all the boundaries which I thought necessary for representing the matter in dispute, and I do find THAT the plaintiffs do claim under two patents of land, one granted to John Fountaine for one thousand acres, the other to Charles Duncomb for three hundred acres, THAT the defendant claims under two patents of land in the said parish, one granted to Job Williams for one hundred and fifty acres, the other granted to Ann Williams for two hundred acres.
